Denham Court House

Denham Court House is a considered residential project comprising a primary and secondary dwelling, together accommodating seven bedrooms and six bathrooms. The architecture responds directly to the site’s irregular geometry, which narrows toward the rear, using built form and spatial sequencing to resolve constraint into opportunity.

Architectural intent and craftsmanship are pursued throughout, most notably in the expansive void spaces that define the living and dining areas. These volumes enhance light, scale, and spatial continuity, while a seamless transition between interior and exterior spaces blurs the threshold of habitation, extending daily life into the landscape beyond.
